Good evening Frengers
So i have had my ipod for about a month now, and all i seem to do lately is download application after application. Currently on my ipod i have:
Ambi Science
Bloom
Bubblewrap
Crash kart
Facebook
Google Earth
Ifart
Ipint
Labyrinth
Lightsaber
Motochaser
Mbox mail
Pocket Guitar
Sudoku
TED
Tweetie
Ebay
ishoot
Banner Free
Flipbook lite
Ibowl
Backgrounds
Free drum pad
BBC news reader
Touch Physics
Palringo
JellyCar
Isniper
Iball3D
Hero Sparta
Chainsaw
Shakespeare
Fallingballs
Mini piano
PBJtime
Monkey ball light
Now each has its own reason for being there, some will come and some will go but the main ones i cant seem to live without are as follows:
Facebook - Facebook for Ipod Touch/Iphone. SO SO SO! bloody easy to use, it really is fantastic.
Tweetie - I am a Twitter addict. So much so i am considering making a post just for this.
Palringo - msn on the go, although i wish msn would bring one out… *hint*
And to add to this, the best game i have found so far, is the Sparta game. Now i dont usually like buying much on the ipod touch, but there comes a time when you have to reach in your pocket because the game is just THAT DAM GOOD. I think it was about 3 pounds. Which isn’t so bad. But slap me with a red rusty spoon is it worth it.

Those are in game shots above. Anyone would think i was trying to sell this game. I am not, it is just great ha. Well Worth it in my book. Yes, it may not be a hard game, but it is very fun. Well worth an 9/10 for me.
That’s all for now.
Remember to feed your fish.

Good evening Frengers
As most of you cleverer soles may be able to tell, i am backdating this from when i actually bought my ipod (Christmas) to now. And howwwww, oh just HOW could i forget the day i had to reset it.
Take image of me, sat there, shiny new ipod in hand, a week or so use from it, adding all the applications under the sun, and then i get hit with a bigger pile of shit than that Dino pooped out in Jurassic Park. My applications stopped working.
Oh but they didn’t just stop working… no no no, this was in a special way. They appeared to work just enough for my fingers to start tingling at the prospect of enjoying the application, only for it to return to the main screen! I was not, a happy chappy.
In the end i had to reset my ipod to its master settings, luckyly its quite easy, either:
connect the Ipod to Itunes and under my devices there is an option to reset.
or
on your ipod go to settings, general, reset.
A sad day… a sad sad sad day… although it was made better by the fact when i went to re-download my applications any i had purchased before was re-downloadable for FREE! yes free, nice of those appleites isn’t it.
Turns out it is always good practice to make sure the application is fully downloaded before disconnecting from the internet and to restart your ipod once its downloaded. Yes it takes the extra effort, but its better than resetting.

So so sooooo! I finally got a new Ipod touch 16 gig.

Shiny!
I also opted for a sweet leather case, protects and looks cool at the same time (after all, what is the point in getting an ipod if it doesn’t look cool :P)
Didn’t have to charge it at all, was some power in the ipod, and even then it wasn’t long to charge up afterward. You get all the usual treats, cables, booklets, that we all look at once and then never see or find again.
It is a fantastic feeling to be able to just swipe your finger over the screen and watch it fly on by.
The first thing i did was find a wireless connection and started downloading applications! my god, the fun it endless, it really is, i have spent hours just downloading free applications (and more than a few paid for, be warned, this will become addictive)
The youtube feature is one i play with endlessly, constantly streaming videos of anything i can think of just to view it on my ipod. It really is a case of going nuts and finding out what you enjoy, there is something for everyone
Will report more once i have had a better play with it!
Enjoy your pods and check out the Itunes store for more info.
